Some things that you should follow:

Event will start at 11am on Saturday and will conclude at 11am on Sunday.

All meals and refreshments will be provided at the venue along with bedding for the stay.

There will be provision for security of everyone. No one will be allowed to leave the building at night.

Police personnel will check ID cards of every participant.

Teams will be charged 150Rs.for 1/2 Members and 200Rs. for a team of 3/4

All participants are requested to reach on time
